Keep in mind that every property is unique, holding its own history, secrets and quirks! We cannot find everything that may need to be addressed until the site is somewhat dismantled, so our quote is based on what we can see without tearing your property apart. The best possible solution for any problem we may find is one that is meant to last, not just get done! Our standard practice is to use waterproofing materials for all bathrooms, showers and wet rooms, but this is not industry standard. This saves headaches and money for you in the long run.

Its is essential that we have a reliable contact time every day, so that we can update you with with the status of the work, get your feedback and discuss any arising issues. ALL communication, concerns, changes or issues should be done through the foreman at this time, not men working on the job. Please provide us with times and numbers that are suitable.

Trial Period & Guarantee

We provide a one month monitoring period to make sure new pipe work functions as expected and its effect on the overall system working. We guarantee the installation of our work, and use only new plumbing fixtures. However we cannot be responsible for faulty manufacturing of plumbing fittings, which sometimes only become apparent after use. And only time can tell how the new pipe- work affects other or older pipe-work of a property, and time is needed to verify this. However, any effects to the existing fixtures and pipe work are the responsibility of the customer.
